Privacy Policy
AICall (operated by Oldara Corp.) · Effective June 21, 2026
AICall provides AI voice agents (“receptionists”) that answer calls, book and manage appointments, follow up with leads, and send confirmations on behalf of the businesses that use our service (“Customers”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to aicall.oldara.com and the AICall application.
Information we collect
- Account data: business name, contact email, and the settings you configure (agents, calendars, products).
- Call & booking data: phone numbers, call recordings/summaries, appointments, leads, invoices and messages generated by your AI agent, stored so you can review them in your dashboard.
- Google account data (only if you choose to connect Google Calendar) — see the dedicated section below.
Google user data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If a Customer connects it, AICall requests only these limited Google Calendar permissions (scopes):
calendar.app.created— lets AICall create its own dedicated calendar named “AICall” in your Google account and manage only the events it creates there (adding, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments your AI agent books). AICall does not read, edit, or delete your existing/primary calendars.calendar.freebusy— reads busy/free time so the agent can offer open appointment slots. It does not read event titles, attendees, or details.
What we store: a Google OAuth refresh token and the identifier of the AICall calendar we created, kept securely in our database and used only to perform the calendar actions above on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from your AICall settings, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we delete the stored token on disconnect.
How we use information
- To operate the AI agent: answer calls, check availability, book/reschedule/cancel appointments, send SMS confirmations, and log activity to your dashboard.
- To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
- We do not sell your data or your customers’ data.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with service providers that power the product, under their terms: Vapi (voice), Twilio (telephony/SMS), Cal.com and/or Google Calendar (scheduling), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). We may disclose data if required by law.
Data retention & security
Data is stored on infrastructure protected by access controls and per-tenant isolation. We retain data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after account closure. Connected Google tokens are deleted when you disconnect.
Your choices
- Connect or disconnect Google Calendar at any time (Cal.com is available as an alternative).
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
